Kristah and I met by chance--let's get that out now! But the funny thing is that I photographed Mark's brother's wedding a couple of years ago. When Mark and Kristah got engaged, he told her he would like to check into the photographer that his brother had used (ME). Kristah said she dismissed him, not thinking he really knew much about wedding photography...
Speed ahead to this past September. I was doing an open house event at Willow Creek, Kristah approached my booth, we chatted, and completely hit it off. AND THEN...Kristah noticed her soon-to-be-in-laws in some of my photos! Once she realized that I was, in fact, the photographer that her wonderful fiance was talking about, she thought it must me meant to be, and she booked her wedding with me that day!
So that brings us back to now! I took Kristah and Mark's engagement photos at Arrowhead Park, and I love it there in the Fall...so beautiful! I had so much fun getting to know Kristah and Mark a little better! It made me remember why I love Mark's family so much, and I am super excited to be doing another wedding with them!
This might possibly be the most I've written on a blog post in who knows how long, but another awesome thing about Kristah is that she is currently blogging about her wedding planning adventure for Omaha Wedding Essentials. For those of you who follow me on Facebook, you probably saw the amazingly sweet blog post she wrote about me since I posted the link as soon as she sent it to me!
