Emotional wedding photography is an interesting topic for me.  I know an emotional moment when I see it, and I feel the emotions.  Actually crying doesn't happen that often for me anymore though.  However, that was quite the contrary when I photographed a close friend's wedding last weekend!  And I know that I will be a mess for Anthony and Jessi's wedding!

Our parents are best friends, so Anthony and I have grown up as something close to siblings...he calls me "Sis"!

I don't know Jessi quite as well, but her grandparents lived across the street when we were little so we played together when she visited them!  I has been so awesome getting to know her and her son, Nick, better, and I love that she is marrying my "other brother"!

I know that it is not professional to let people know this, but professionalism isn't something that applies when you're working with family, right!?  But it took two nights to get these engagement photos done because we spent more time horsing around and giggling than accomplishing anything on the first try!

So to say that this is another wedding that will have me crying real tears is a pretty safe bet.  I'm sure a lot of them will be tears of laughter, but tears none the less!

And I can't wait! :)
